Creator Terms and Conditions

• The user must be at least 18 years of age to have a profile on Sinnergirls.
• Only the person who joined Sinnergirls.com and created a profile may use it. The disclosure of the username and password to someone else, allowing another person to operate the profile, or to pretend to be someone else's identity is not allowed. Sinnergirls have the right to immediately suspend a profile who does not comply with this User Agreement.
• Content featuring individuals who have not given explicit consent, including but not limited to images captured from television broadcasts, public gatherings, or incidental appearances of bystanders, is not permitted. We require that all content respects individuals’ privacy and rights to personal image, in alignment with data protection and privacy regulations.
• The User must ensure that all participants in all published content are over 18 years of age and have given their written consent to participate. If necessary, the User must be able to present identification and consent of all parties in all content the User published on Sinnergirls.
• Sinnergirls has the right to temporarily and without notice, suspend a profile for maintenance or other operational technology activities. The profile is provided without guarantee and subject to errors and interruptions. Sinnergirls not liable for damages arising out of or otherwise related to the use of, or failure to use the profile.
• The user is not allowed to mislead the visitor by describing content falsely or with malicious intent.
• All content submissions are subject to review to verify compliance with our platform's content guidelines and legal standards. Content that does not meet these requirements will not be approved for upload or display. This process is in place to prevent non-compliant materials from appearing on our platform, and we reserve the right to deny any submission that fails to adhere to these standards.
• The following list outlines content types that are prohibited from being uploaded to our platform. These restrictions are in place to maintain a safe, respectful, and compliant environment for all users.
  • Constitute hate speech, incitement, child pornography or unlawful depiction of violence;
  • Violate a third party intellectual property rights, such as the unauthorized posting someone else's copyrighted images, etc.;
  • Make bad faith marketing or otherwise be contrary to the Marketing Act;
  • Attacks on trade secrets;
  • Slander, insult, or other types of violations;
  • Without authorization includes other people's personal information including, without limitation, the address, telephone number, email and photos, as well as social security numbers, information on health conditions or other sensitive personal information.
  • Contain content that is confidential under the Secrecy Act (SFS 1980:100).
  • Contain files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, or other programs that harm another's computer or computer program.
  • Contain material other than the above, contrary to Swedish law.
