INTEGRITY POLICY VISITORS

In accordance with the Data Protection Ordinance (GDPR), which entered into force on May 25, 2018, we inform you about the information we save about our customers and for what purpose and what rights you have to access your own data, correct them or remove them.

We store the following personal information about our customers:

  • Nickname

  • Cookies

You agree that we store this information when you create an account.

Why we need to save the information:
Nickname is chosen by you as a customer and used to comment on the page. The nickname must not contain information that can be linked to yourself or another person.

The email address is used both for login and to ensure that you can easily regain control of your account if you forget your password. If you consent to this, we will also send you newsletters via e-mail.

No email addresses are resold or shared with anyone without your consent.

Phone number is only stored if you order via SMS and is required for handling these payments.

IP numbers and cookies are used for login and vital features on the page such as not displaying the same message multiple times, polls, etc.

All data is stored on our own server, our e-mail provider and with our payment providers for their handling of the visitor's purchase. Only the staff who need to process your personal information will be able to access it.

Your rights

You are entitled to access the information about yourself in our customer register and to correct them. You can do this by contacting our customer service. You can have your account disabled and your personal information deleted by contacting us via the support form, email or call our customer service. In other words, withdrawing your consent is not more difficult than giving it.

Disabling account means that all personal data associated with the account is deleted so that it can no longer be associated with a person, and that the account can no longer be used. Note that this means that we will not be able to restore your account later.
