• This is a subscription service that will automatically renew until cancellation.
• The subscription service can be cancelled at any time. When cancelling, the subscription ends when the subscription period has expired.
• To cancel subscriptions paid by credit card, use the support function on the page (this can take up to 48 hours). You can also send an email to help@sinnergirls.com to cancel your subscription.
• Sinnergirls is not responsible for future updates after you have started subscribing to the service.
• The password must be treated personally and confidentially. If the password is lost or if there is reason to believe that it is being used by someone else, this must be reported immediately to help@sinnergirls.com. Sinnergirls reserves the right to suspend users who intentionally spread passwords to third parties.
• Sinnergirls does not apply a right of withdrawal to services sold via the website.
• All content submissions are subject to review to verify compliance with our platform's content guidelines and legal standards. Content that does not meet these requirements will not be approved for upload or display. This process is in place to prevent non-compliant materials from appearing on our platform, and we reserve the right to deny any submission that fails to adhere to these standards.
• These terms and conditions and any disputes or claims shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law. Each party irrevocably agrees that Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide any disputes or claims (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these terms or their subject matter or formation.
